Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 T sugar
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c skim milk
1 1/2 T lemon juice
3 T canola oil

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Pancakes

  1. Stir together dry ingredients.

  2. Stir together wet ingredients.

  3. Make a well in dry ingredients and add wet, mix.

  4. Cook on medium heat griddle.
