2 cup mix Bisquick Original All Purpose Baking Mix

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Pancakes

Measure 2 cups Bisquick into large mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 cups 1% Buttermilk and two eggs. Beat thoroughly. Heat non-stick griddle on medium to medium high. Ladle batter in 1/2 cup amounts onto hot griddle, cook until bubbles appear at edges, flip and cook another minute or so.
