Recipe says it yields 18, we used a 1/4 C to measure out ours, and there's probably about a dozen of that size, 4" across, in the recipe. Add 2 T sugar, but it is optional.

Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Pancakes

2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 medium Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Pancakes

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  2. Add in eggs, buttermilk, melted butter.

  3. Combine.

  4. Fry in olive oil.
