Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Pancakes

2 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder, heaping
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil
2 cups buttermilk

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients. Mix beaten eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Whisk into dry mixture. Cook on griddle at about 325*. Serve warm. Makes about twenty 4 to 5 inch pancakes.
