Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Pancakes

1/4 cup (125g) Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 1/2 tsp (4.2g) Sugars, Granulated
1/4 tsp (2g) Baking Powder
1/8 tsp (4.6g) Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 dash (0.4g) Salt, Table
1/4 cup (250g) Quebon - Buttermilk
3/4 tsp Canola Oil
1/16 cup (243g) Egg, Whites, Raw, Fresh
3 spray (0.3g) PAM Original Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Pancakes

  1. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine buttermilk, oil, and egg; add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.

  2. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a hot nonstick griddle or nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Yield: 2 pancakes (serving size 2 pancakes).
