Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Pancakes

2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
3 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Pancakes

Whisk flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, eggs, and melted butter. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Gently stir until just combined, batter should be lumpy. Allow batter to sit 10 minutes before cooking. Heat oil over moderate heat. Pour batter into four parts in the pan. Cook until edges are brown. Flip and cook other side.
