1/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
3 tbs sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
3 tbs butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. beat eggs well

  3. melt butter

  4. mix wet ingredients

  5. mix wet ingredients into wet until just moistened
