Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Pancakes

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons melted butter

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Pancakes

  1. Sift the all purpose flour, add soda, salt and sugar. Lightly beat eggs. Add eggs and buttermilk to dry ingredients.

  2. Stir in melted butter.

  3. Makes 12 medium sized pancakes.
