Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk pancakes

1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
3 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk pancakes

  1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

  2. Combine milk, eggs, oil in medium bowl.

  3. Add egg mixture over dry ingredients.

  4. *No buttermilk? Substitute 1 tbsp of lemon juice or white vinegar to 2 cups milk and let stand for 10 minutes
