Recipe Ingredients for buttermilk/Oatbran Pancakes with Ham

3 cup mix Buttermilk
2 large Egg, Whole
14 oz 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
1/2 cup Oat Bran
4 oz Schneider's fat free fully cooked ham (Lifestyle)

Recipe Directions for buttermilk/Oatbran Pancakes with Ham

Mix all ingredients, except ham. Chop hamm in little pieces and stir in batter. Brush skillet with olive oil. Pour half a cup of batter on heated skillet. Turn when bubbles appear.
