Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Muffins w/Pecans & Oats

2.66 c. Buttermilk
5 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1 1/2 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
4 medium Egg, Whole
3/5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
3/4 cup, halves Pecans
2 cup, cooked Oats
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Muffins w/Pecans & Oats

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Make well in dry and briefly mix wet into dry. Bake 375 degrees for 20 min.
