Homemade buttermilk dressing with fresh herbs and shallot

Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Dressing

4.5 fl oz Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
3 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1.5 Teaspoon Mustard
2 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
1 tbsp chopped Shallots
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
3 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Dressing

Put all the dressing ingredients in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake really well. This dressing can be refrigerated for up to a week.
