Great dinner roll recipe, makes lots of rolls

Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Dinner Rolls

8 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 serving Cultured Buttermilk Blend
3.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 oz Yeast
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 large Egg, Whole
2 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Dinner Rolls

  1. Proof yeast in 1/4 C warm water

  2. Add 3C of the flour, and buttermilk to make a sponge, let rise for 2 hours

  3. Punch down and mix in remainder of ingredients, knead for 7-10 minutes to develop gluten

  4. Dough may be refrigerated for up to 7 days

  5. Preheat oven to 350 F

  6. Let rolls rise formed on a baking sheet for 1 to 2 hours (depending on temperature)

  7. Bake 10-12 minutes
