Still high calorie :( but really good

Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk cornbread

1 cup flour
1 cup corn meal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup fat free milk
1 tbs white vinegar
2/3 cup splenda
6 tbs butter
1 cup frozen corn
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk cornbread

  1. Melt butter in skillet on cooktop over medium heat

  2. Remove from heat and whisk in Splenda and eggs

  3. Mix milk and vinegar, let sit for 2 mins

  4. Add baking soda to milk

  5. Add milk to skillet

  6. Mix flour and cornmeal together and add to skillet

  7. Add frozen corn

  8. Bake for 30-40 mins in preheated 375 degree oven
