1 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 c buttermilk
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 1/2 c blueberries

Mix dry and wet separately, combine. Add more BM if it's not wet enough. Fry in Crisco, butter, or veggie oil.
