1 cup Applesauce
1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1.25 cup dry Old Fashioned Oats
0.5 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Blueberry Muffins

  1. Set oven to 325 degrees

  2. Line mini-muffin pan with paper

  3. Reserve blueberries

  4. Combine dry ingredients

  5. Combine wet ingredients

  6. Add wet to dry

  7. Fold in blueberries

  8. Set in muffin tin

  9. Bake for 16 minutes or so.
