Recipe Ingredients for Buttermilk Bisquits

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 cups buttermilk

Recipe Directions for Buttermilk Bisquits

mix together dry ingredients. Cut butter in to dry ingredients with pastry blender leaving some lumps as big as peas. Add buttermilk and mix until just barely blended. Dump onto a lightly floured cutting board and pat out into a square about 8 to 10 inches on each side. Cut with a large sharp knife into 16 biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees until golden, about 10 to 12 minutes.
