Vegan, butternut squash pumpkin soup

Recipe Ingredients for Butterkin Soup

23 oz canned pumpkin
4 tbsp olive oil
4 serving Agave Nectar
2/5 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 cup butternut squash, chopped
6 serving vegetable stock
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Butterkin Soup

  1. Put vegetable stock, squash, and pumpkin in large boiling pot and allow to simmer for 5 minutes

  2. Add agave nectar/shredded coconut and let set for 5 minutes

  3. Add spices

  4. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes

  5. Enjoy!
