A simple, tasty dish for two, excellent for summer.

Recipe Ingredients for Buttered Corn Pasta

2 cups sweet corn
1 1/2 cup cooked orecchiette
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp flour
8 tbsp nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Buttered Corn Pasta

  1. Cook orecchiette.

  2. Grease pan with olive oil and fry corn for 2 - 3 minutes, until cooked through and fragrant. Pour into a bowl

  3. Wipe down pan. Lightly brown butter in it. Toss corn in and mix. Sprinkle flour and stir. Mix in water, then tbsp of milk and stir until smooth. Toss in pasta. Serves 2.
