200 g Confectioners Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
30 ml soy milk

Recipe Directions for Buttercream Frosting ~ cupcakes

  1. cream the butter smooth. mix in sugar, vanilla, milk, and colouring if using. Mix 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy.

  2. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying, until ready to use. refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Rewhip before using.
