1 medium Plantains
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Butter Plantains

  1. Get a Ripe Plaintain and cut only one side of the skin, make sure to keep the other sides on it.

  2. Get the butter and put it on the sides of the plaintain, between the skin and the fruit.

  3. Put in oven or barbeque until soft.
