Recipe Ingredients for Butter-Pecan Cookies, Gluten Free

4 serving Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
0.33 tbsp Xanthan Gum
0.5 cup Pecan Pieces
8 tbsp Unsalted Butter
0.33 cup Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.13 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Butter-Pecan Cookies, Gluten Free

Toast pecans. Set aside. Beat butter, vanilla and sugar until well blended. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add cooled pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hr. Slice into 18 disks. Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool.
