Recipe Ingredients for Butter Pecan Bundt Poundcake

18 ounce butter pecan cake mix
1 cup pecans, chopped
3/4 cup water
6 ounces butterscotch chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 ounce instant butterscotch pudding mix
8 ounces sour cream
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Butter Pecan Bundt Poundcake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Mix all ingredients except for the morsels and nuts until smooth.

  3. Stir in the morsels and pecans.

  4. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan for 50-60 minutes or until cake tests done. (Check with a toothpick, and remove pan from oven even if a few dry crumbs stick to the toothpick -- cake will continue to bake in pan while cooling.)
