Vegetarian Take on Butter Chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Butter Paneer

13 serving Nanak Brand: Paneer (fresh cheese)
1 Potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tsp Curry Powder
4 tsp Exotic Indian Spices
1.5 cup Cooking Sauce
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Butter Paneer

  1. 1. Smash Garlic Clove and slice, dice onion, shred potato, and slice up the paneer into bite size pieces.

  2. 2. Roast the Garlic in the butter.

  3. 3. Put in all of the spices with some tumeric.and a small dash of MSG.

  4. 4. Once the spices have roasted a bit add onion, carmelize.

  5. 5. Add Paneer and cook until just getting soft.

  6. 6. Add Butter Chicken Sauce and simmer 15mins.
