Indian style creamy tomato curried chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Butter Chicken

28 oz Chicken, broilers or fryers, thigh, meat only, raw
2.66 oz Nancy's Organic Whole Milk Yogurt
2 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 1/2 tsp Cumin
1 1/2 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 fl oz Lemon Juice
3 1/2 tbsp Butter
4 fl oz Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
2 oz Whole Milk
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 1/2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 1/2 oz Tomato Paste
0.33 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 1/2 tsp, ground Cardamom
4 clove Garlic
3 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for Butter Chicken

Mix spices, garlic, ginger, yogurt, salt, chicken and lemon juice. Marinate at least 1 hour. Melt butter in pot, add tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook on medium high until reduced and blend up with immersion blender (or transfer to blender to puree, then back to pot). Add chicken and lower to simmer until chicken is fully cooked, and liquid is somewhat reduced. Add cream and milk and cook a few minutes more.
