Recipe Ingredients for Butter Chicken with mushrooms

1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 tsp Becel with Bertoli Olive Oil Margarine
1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
60 grams Mushrooms
150 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
150 grams White Onion
5 grams Garlic
1/2 cup Blue Menu Indian Cooking Sauce Butter Chicken
2 tsp Blue Menu Omega Oil
2 cups water for rice cooker

Recipe Directions for Butter Chicken with mushrooms

  1. Add rice, margerine and water to rice cooker and cook.

  2. Chop chicken breast into bite size pieces. In a medium sauce pan, add omega oil and sautee onions and garlic until soft. Add chicken and sautee until cooked through.

  3. Slice mushrooms and dice tomato. Add mushrooms and tomato to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add butter chicken sauce and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

  5. Serve over rice.
