1 cup butter beans
40 g spring onions
40 g Parsley
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of chili pepper
6 black olives

Recipe Directions for Butter Beans Salad from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Soak dry beans in advance. Boil, drain, wash and let them cooled.

  2. In a large bowl put sliced onions, chopped parsleys. Add lemon juice, vinegar, salt, peppers and beans.

  3. Mixed them properly. Decorate with olive oils.
