398 grams Unico Lima Beans
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 serving PC Naturally Smoked Bacon (50% less salt)

Recipe Directions for Butter beans with bacon, tomato, and rosemary.

  1. Fry bacon a bit (just to firm up a bit)

  2. Add diced tomatoes

  3. Add can of drained rinsed Lima beans

  4. Add 1/3 to 1/2 c water

  5. Simmer on medium heat until tomatoes reduce into a sauce.

  6. Stir in 2 sprigs of rosemary and simmer for a few more minutes.
