This is a delicious and easy recipe for anyone who enjoys the wonderful taste of fresh vegetables and beans. Very short prep time, and very short cooking time.

Recipe Ingredients for Butter Bean Soup

3 cups Water
1 cup Butter Beans (which is 1 can)
1 Onion
2 Celery Stalks
1 Vegetable Bouillon Cube
1 tsp. Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Butter Bean Soup

  1. Add the water, butter beans, and vegetable bouillon cube, and bring to a boil. Boil for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, brown the onion and celery in the oil.

  3. Add to the soup mixture when time is up.

  4. Simmer the soup until the vegetables are nice and soft.

  5. Blend/Puree in a blender or food processor.

  6. Enjoy!
