Recipe Ingredients for Bush's Chili Starter Chili

1 tbsp olive oil, extra light
536 g lean ground beef
2 tsp garlic, minced
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
439 g beans, Bush's Chili Magic, Traditional Recipe
225 g Black Beans, Bush's, drained and rinsed
810 g diced tomatoes, no salt added
1/20 tsp salt
105 g sliced onion
95 g sweet red pepper, roasted
40 g tomato, no skins, chopped

Recipe Directions for Bush's Chili Starter Chili

  1. Brown ground beef over medium high heat in a skillet with olive oil with onions, garlic and black pepper.

  2. Add Bush's Chili Magic, drained black beans and canned tomatoes to the ground beef in the pot and stir. Add ground beef to a 4 qt. pot over low heat.

  3. Add chopped red pepper and chopped tomato to the chili.

  4. Allow mixture to cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve over pasta, rice or by itself.
