4 (38g) whole wheat tortillas
12 oz lean ground beef
1 (cup) yellow onion, chopped
15 oz canned black beans
8 tbsp salsa
2 tsp chili powder
1/3 cups green onion, chopped
4 tsp sour cream
113 g cheddar cheese
2 cups frozen corn

Recipe Directions for burritos

  1. cook hamburger

  2. add chili powder

  3. add onion cook till tender

  4. add beans and heat through

  5. roll in tortilla

  6. top with salsa, sour cream, cheese, and green onion

  7. Corn is side dish
