Another time saver, only 30 minutes. or less. I usually get 5 or 6 burritos out of this recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Burritos

1 oz. beef, ground (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup refried beans
1 tortilla
2 tbsp salsa

Recipe Directions for Burritos

  1. Ground up in a pan over med-high heat 1 pound of beef, and then drain when brown.

  2. put the beans in a microwave safe dish, and cook in microwave for 2 minutes

  3. Put a tortilla on a plate, add the above ingredients in the portions alloted above, except the salsa.

  4. Wrap tortilla, put cheese as desired on top of burrito, and heat in microwave for 45 seconds.

  5. Remove burrito from microwave, put salsa on top, and serve.
