Ground Beef & Black Bean Burritos

Recipe Ingredients for Burritos

1 lb lean ground beef
2 cups Brown Rice
6 Tortillas
1 Onion
1 Celery Stalk
1 cup Spinach
2 cups Salsa
2 cups black beans

Recipe Directions for Burritos

  1. Brown ground beef, onions, celery.

  2. Layer a casserole dish with a cup of salsa.

  3. Put ground beef, beans, rice and spinach inside a tortilla and fold over. Repeat for each tortilla.

  4. Place tortillas in casserole dish over the salsa. Pour remaining salsa over tortillas.

  5. Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
