Easy burritos from leftovers warmed in the microwave

Recipe Ingredients for Burritos

3 corn tortillas (8-inch)
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 oz ground beef
3 tbsp refried beans

Recipe Directions for Burritos

  1. Pre-cook the ground beef, adding taco seasoning as directed

  2. Spread the tortillas on a large microwavable plate

  3. Place 1/3 of the cheese, beef, and refried beans on each tortilla and microwave for 1 minute

  4. Fold each tortialla in thirds, placing overlapping edges down - and eat!
