Recipe Ingredients for Burritos El Grande

1 lb lean ground beef
16 ounces salsa
1/2 large bell pepper
1 cup Minute brown rice, uncooked
12 ounces black beans
6 flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups chopped lettuce

Recipe Directions for Burritos El Grande

  1. Brown meat in large skillet.

  2. Add salsa, black beans and green pepper. Bring to boil, add Minute rice, cover, reduce heat to low, simmer 7 minutes.

  3. Spread lettuce and cheese on tortilla, top with meat mixture.
