Recipe Ingredients for Burritos con chorizo y frijoles

2/3 lb hamburger
1/3 lb pork sausage
1/6 tsp ground thyme
1/3 tsp pepper
1/3 tbsp salt
1/3 tbsp ground cumin
2/3 tbsp oregano
1/3 cup chili powder
4 cloves garlic
1/6 cup vinegar
1 medium onion
2 cups refried beans
2 tbsp taco sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Burritos con chorizo y frijoles

  1. Chorizo: Mix first 10 ingredients. Refrigerate overnight or longer. Can be frozen.

  2. Chorizo y frijoles: Fry chorizo with onion until onion is soft. Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes.
