1/4 cup green pepper, grilled
3 tbsp refried beans
1/4 cup rice, cooked
1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
2 tbsp tomatoes, diced

spread refried beans on tortilla. top with rice, cheese, onions, green peppers, tomatoes and lettuce. roll tortilla, enjoy.
