Recipe Ingredients for Burrito mix

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 cup rice
1/4 cup soy sauce
14 oz tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Burrito mix

  1. Brown beef

  2. add onion and garlic and cook until soft

  3. add the other ingredients and bring to a boil

  4. cover and simmer for 30 min

  5. add additional water as needed
