Makes 20 servings



2 envelopes italian dressing mix. Serve with tortillas, taco shells or tostada shells and any toppings you want on your dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Burrito Meat

5 lbs chuck roast
6 cloves garlic
1 t ground cumin
1 T oregano
2/3 pkg italian dressing mix
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup white wine vinegar
2 T oil

Recipe Directions for Burrito Meat

  1. Cut meat into large chunks and brown in 2 T oil.

  2. Add garlic just as meat is finishing browning then add the other spices.

  3. Add liquid ingredients with enough water to cover the meat, bring to a boil and simmer until meat falls apart.
