Recipe Ingredients for Burrito filling 2

1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
250 grams chicken
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tomato
1 cups shredded lettuce

Recipe Directions for Burrito filling 2

  1. Heat oil

  2. Add chopped onions & garlic, fry for 2-3 minutes

  3. Add spices, fry a further minute.

  4. Add chicken, fry until cooked (add a drop of water if too dry).

  5. Stir through tomato paste.

  6. Serve with sliced tomatoes & shredded lettuce.
