Recipe Ingredients for Burrito Casserole

9 tortilla Best Buy 6" Flour tortillas 12ct
20 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese
28 oz raw 80% Lean Ground Chuck
1/2 cup Corn, Whole Kernel
1/2 cup Black Beans

Recipe Directions for Burrito Casserole

  1. Brown 1.5 lbs ground beef in skillet, drain. Add half a can of corn and half a can of black beans and 1 cup salsa con queso and heat for 2 min longer.

  2. Lightly grease 9 x 12 baking dish and layer 2 tortillas followed by 1/3 of meat mixture and 1/4 package mexican shredded cheese. Repeat with another layer of tortillas, meat mixture and a layer of cheese then repeat one more time. Place a final layer of tortillas on top and the remaining 1/4 package of shredded cheese.

  3. Cook in oven preheated to 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
