3 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
8 oz Mexican Cheese
1 1/2 cup Old El Paso Refried Beans Traditional
6 serving Sour Cream
6 tbsp Old El Paso Salsa Thick N Chunky Make Mine Medium

Recipe Directions for Burrito, Beef (Homemade)

  1. Brown 3/4 pound of beef in pan with a little Montreal Steak seasoning. Heat refried beans in separate pot. Once cooked, move on to build burritos.

  2. Lay out burrito and add about 1 tbsp of beans in a line across the center. Add 1 tbsp each of beef, sour cream, and salsa to the burrito. Cover with a small mound of shredded, mexican blend cheese (about 1.5 oz). Fold the burrito. There should be enough ingredients for 5 more.

  3. Once all the burritos are made, warm a skillet to low-medium. Place as many burritos as you can on the skillet with the folded edge down and cover. After about 4 mins. there should be some browning on the bottom of the burritos. Flip over and cook for another 2 minutes and then serve.
