Burritos - beans & beef without yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Burittos

1 pound lean ground beef
16 ounces beans
1 cup picante sauce
4 tortillas
1 tomato
2 ounces cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded

Recipe Directions for Burittos

  1. brown beef

  2. mix salsa and some water into beans and heat in microwave or in saucepan

  3. grate cheese, cut up veggies

  4. spoon ingredients into burrito, roll up

  5. top with more beans, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and green onions

  6. microwave 45-60 seconds to melt cheese and heat through

  7. top with non-fat plain yogurt
