Recipe Ingredients for Burgundy Mushrooms

1 pound fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup onion
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Burgundy Mushrooms

Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Combine wine/broth and remaining 3 ingredients; add to skillet. Cook over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until most of liquid evaporates. Serve hot.
