Awesome burgers. They're biiig though and the recipe needs a bit of tweaking to get the right consistency. They still taste great.

Recipe Ingredients for Burgers

85 g lean ground beef
26 1/4 g weetabix
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp sweet chili sauce
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 egg
3 tsp worchestershire sauce
4 leaves lettuce
2 tsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp ketchup
2 kaiser rolls

Recipe Directions for Burgers

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, mustard, chili sauce, onion, garlic, egg and worchestershire sauce.

  3. Add the mixture to the beef. Mix thoroughly with your hands.

  4. Make two patties and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake until no longer pink inside, approximately 15-20.

  6. Put on a bun (or in my case, kaiser roll), add toppings and enjoy.
