Not only a low calorie, low carb meal but it's great on hot summer nights.

Recipe Ingredients for Burger Wrap

10 oz ground buffalo
4 iceberg lettuce leaves
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon lite mayonnaise
1 oz havarti cheese

Recipe Directions for Burger Wrap

  1. Divide the meat into four sections.

  2. Shape into four elongated, oval "burgers".

  3. Place on broiler, 5 minutes each side.

  4. In each iceberg leaf place a little tomato, onion and lite mayonnaise.

  5. Put 1/4 oz of the cheese on each patty for 30 seconds so that the cheese melts.

  6. Place burgers in the lettuce, fold up the edges to wrap the burger inside.
