Recipe Ingredients for Burger Pizza Recipe

1/2 lb Ground beef, lean
2 1/2 Crackers, crushed
2 tbls Onion, finely chopped
2 tbls Celery, finely chopped
1/2 Egg (or yolk only)
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Oregano
3 Mushrooms, sliced
1 Pepperoni slices
1/2 medium Tomato, sliced
2 tbls Green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, part skim, shredded
1/2 tbls Parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Burger Pizza Recipe

  1. Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, celery, egg, sauce, spice and mix well.

  2. Use an 8" tinfoil pieplate or similar small pan (regular ground beef may need to be drained), pat beef mixture into a patty. Scatter mushrooms, pepperoni, tomato and green pepper over. Sprinkle with pepper and top with cheeses.

  3. Bake at 350F 20-25 min until meat is no longer pink.
