Home made burger and chips - Jamie Oliver recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Burger and chips

125 g minced beef
1/4 onion
1/8 tbsp coriander seeds
1/4 pinch cumin seeds
1 pinch salt
1 black pepper
1/6 tbsp english mustard
1/4 egg
1/2 oz bread crumbs
1 potato
1 tsp lemon zest
1 pinch rosemary
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp oil
1 bacon
1 tbsp grated cheese
3 cherry tomatoes
1 lettuce leaf
1/2 tbsp ketchup
1 roll

Recipe Directions for Burger and chips

cook onion til soft, add to beef in bowl, crush coriander and cumin seeds, add to beef with mustard, egg, half breadcrumbs and salt and pepper.. Shape into burger put in fridge. Cut chips into 1 cm square, parboil for 10 mins in salted water, heat oil in pan, add garlic, salt and pepper, add chips and toss in oil, add to preheated baking tray 230 degrees for 20 mins. Fry burger for 8-10 mins on medium heat, then add to bun with bacon, cheese, salad etc.
