High protien rolls, super with added fiber balance intake

Recipe Ingredients for buns high protien

5 tsp yeast
1/2 cup water
2 cups cottage cheese (fat free)
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
5 cups flour

Recipe Directions for buns high protien

  1. soften yeast in warm water and sugar

  2. whit cottage cheese, add salt eggs baking soda and yeast mixture

  3. kneed in flour

  4. let rise til double

  5. divide into 24 pieces

  6. let rise til double

  7. bake 15 min. (half the time on lower shelf, half the time on upper shelf)

  8. freezes well
