Recipe Ingredients for Bunga Cumi Saus Tiram

100 g squid
100 g shrimp, minced
2 tbsp rice flour
1 egg
50 g cauliflower
100 g carrot
25 g mushroom
1 tbsp corn flour
30 g garlic, diced
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp pepper
3 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for Bunga Cumi Saus Tiram

  1. Mix thoroughly minced shrimp, rice flour, egg, salt, pepper

  2. Fill the mixture shrimp into squid (had been cut in flower shape), steam until cook well (around 20 minutes)

  3. Saute garlic until fragrant, add other spices, add few amount of water and cauliflower, cook until well done

  4. Add mushroom, add corn flour solution, cook well. Pick up

  5. Spread the squid flower with mixture of vegetables and mushroom. Serve warm
